These Terms govern your use of the Beave mobile app ("Beave", "the app", "we", "us"), published by Aktar Studio. By installing or using Beave, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Beave. By using it, you confirm you meet that requirement.
You can use most of Beave without an account. Some features (friends, chat, Flip Together, the leaderboard) require signing in with Google. You're responsible for activity on your account. If you think someone has accessed it without permission, contact us.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings inside the app.
When using Beave, especially its social features, you agree not to:
You keep ownership of the content you create, such as chat messages and your profile details. By posting it, you give us the limited permission needed to store and display it so the app works (for example, delivering your chat message to the friend you sent it to). You're responsible for the content you share, and you agree it doesn't break these Terms or the law.
We may suspend or remove accounts that break these Terms, abuse other users, or put the app or its community at risk. You can stop using Beave at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the app.
We work hard to make Beave reliable, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will always be available, error-free, or that it will produce any particular result, such as improved productivity. Beave is a focus tool, not medical or psychological advice or treatment.
To the extent allowed by law, Aktar Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Beave. Beave is offered free of charge; our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited accordingly.
Beave uses Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics) and Google Play Billing via RevenueCat for subscriptions. Your use of those underlying services is also subject to Google's and RevenueCat's terms. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
We may update these Terms as Beave evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located in India.
